Menjadi seorang HR executive, terutama sebagai Organization Development – atau yang di BUMN dikenal sebagai Ortala (Organisasi dan Tata Laksana) memang nggak gampang.

Binatangnya begitu banyak. Sebut saja: PA, PMDT, IDP, IIP, CC, JK, CB, JD, SOP, PD, SK, Job Eval, SKR, review, BPR, CRM, KPI, BSC, Huuuhhh….
